Melissa did a great job working with my father who had dementia and keeping him entertained and challenging him to think while working with him to keep his brain functioning. She is very caring and personal and my dad would light up when he saw her.

How very special care you give to our mom! Thank you for all your efforts, especially when she is not able to thank you. We appreciate your work so much!

Melissa's activities used all the senses at one time or another. One day they made soap, another day chocolate, and another they made "silly putty". She found games that helped with eye hand coordination, balance, and flexibility. My husband who had dementia associated with late onset Parkinson's disease, was very happy working with her and and I felt he was more aware and confident on the days he was with her.
